Description:

This extraordinary carved Himalayan crystal skull has been ornately decorated by Mater Nepali craftsmen with gilded copper filigree work inset with green & red beryl, turquoise, and coral. Atop is the figure of Manjushri, a male bodhisattva wielding a flaming sword in his right hand, representing the realization of transcendent wisdom which cuts down ignorance and duality. The removable headdress is adorned with figures of Buddha, Green Tara, and Ganesha. A figure of Buddha is on the skull’s forehead, and figures of Ganesha adorn the skulls earrings.
